UPVC Doors & Windows
Timber swells, aluminium pits in salt air, and both need repainting. UPVC does neither. For a coastal district that gets two monsoons a year, it is the low-maintenance answer — quieter rooms, less dust, and frames that still shut properly in year ten.
The right opening for each wall
Every window is made to the measured opening. Nothing is cut down from stock on site.
Casement windows
Side or top hung, opening outward to shed rain. The best seal of any opening type — worth choosing on weather-facing elevations.
Sliding windows & doors
Two, three or four track. No swing space needed, so they suit balconies, narrow rooms and anywhere furniture sits close to the wall.
UPVC & French doors
Single, double or full-height glazed. Multi-point locking as standard — the lock engages at several points up the frame, not just at the handle.
Weather sealing
Multi-chamber profiles with EPDM gaskets and drainage paths, so driving rain runs out rather than tracking through onto your sill.
Noise reduction
Sealed units cut road and neighbour noise noticeably. Worth specifying on bedrooms facing a main road.
Mesh & grill options
Integrated mosquito mesh and security grills specified with the frame, so they fit properly instead of being screwed on afterwards.
