Short version: this site does not track you, and we only use the details you deliberately send us in order to answer your enquiry.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send: your name, phone number, and optionally the service you are interested in, your location, the stage of your project and any details you add.
The enquiry form does not post to a server. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp (or your email app) with a message pre-filled — you decide whether to press send. Until you do, nothing leaves your device.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange a site visit or showroom appointment. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Third parties
A few things on this site are served by others, and their own policies apply when your browser contacts them:
- Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts — typefaces used across the site.
- Google Maps — the embedded map on the contact page, which loads only when you open that page.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to send an enquiry that way.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages and quotations are kept while your project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and service history. Ask us and we will delete your details.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on the number above and we will action it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
